Light Brahmas are wonderful, friendly chickens with fluffy feet and sweet dispositions. They are very cold hardy and lay well throughout winter. They have a sort of musical clucking and can be quite chatty. They need to be monitored for lice and mites due to all the fluff (keep a special eye out for scaly let mites). We recommend pest treatments a few times per year.
