Buff Minorcas are a striking, golden bird known for their upright bearing and bright coloring. They have a large, single comb. They are a Mediterranean breed and as such, we don't recommend them for higher, colder altitudes above ~6,500 feet. Minorca's tend to be a bit flighty, especially when young. They are slightly broody and make excellent mothers.
