We raise laying hens for backyard flocks and small farms, and we sell chicken and other specialty eggs (turkey, quail, goose).

At Sunshine Mesa Farm, the welfare of our chickens is the first priority. Our birds are raised with love, care, and lots of interaction. They get to run, scratch, eat bugs, dust-bathe and play, all while fertilizing our pastures and building our soils.

We raise a wide variety of breeds that lay a whole rainbow of colors. Enjoy all the different shades nature has to offer!
Delicious, Organic Microgreens
We offer a variety of microgreens year-round. Greens can be purchased directly from our farm and at the Arbol Farmer's Market in Paonia.

Our greens are grown from certified organic seed in certified organic soil. Unlike most microgreens, our greens are grown with all natural sunlight. This makes for deep green, highly nutritious greens with no chemical inputs.
